System Outages

There are no issues with the HSO portal. Please be aware, portal users may experience intermittent issues from 8pm AEDT Monday 21 January 2019. For any urgent enquiries please email hearing@health.gov.au.

The program recommends that all service providers ensure new and return vouchers are processed prior to the clients appointment date it avoid issues with claiming for services.
