HSO Administrators
HSO Administrators are able to invite new users, from their own business, to access the portal and specify what functions they have access to.
Nominating a HSO Administrator
If you need to nominate a HSO Administrator, please complete the SP Admin Nomination form and email it to hearing@health.gov.au.
HSO Administrators will receive a system generated invitation to join the portal. This invitation is valid for ten days. If your invitation has expired and you need a new invitation, please email hearing@health.gov.au. When you receive your invitation, click the link contained in the email and follow the on screen instructions to log in with your myGovID.
After your first login, you are able to access the portal from the Hearing Services Program website by using the ‘Provider Portal Login’ link on the top right corner of the page.
Changing details of a HSO Administrator
If you need to change any details of a HSO Administrator profile, please email hearing@health.gov.au. This includes revoking access to the portal for a HSO Administrator.
HSO Training Environment
If you wish to access the HSO Training Environment, you will need to nominate a HSO Administrator for the training environment. To do so, please complete the HSO Admin Nomination form and note on the form that the nomination is for the training environment.
