Updated Schedule of Fees 2018-19

This CSPN is to notify you of amendments to the Schedule of Fees and manual payment items to take effect from 1 July 2018.
These amendments reflect annual adjustments to fees and annual adjustments in line with consumer price indexation and wage cost indexation.
The client contribution to annual device maintenance will increase from $44.84 to $45.68. Cash transactions for annual device maintenance should be rounded to the nearest five cents - $45.70. All other service items not liable for GST will also be rounded to the nearest five cents.
The new Schedule of Fees and manual payment items are available online through the Hearing Services website and are available in the Hearing Services Online Portal under the publications accordion of the landing page.
